Do you provide assembly or repackaging services?

Our ability to provide these types of services is limited. Depending on requirements, we may be able to partner with a third party to do some of these. Please call us for further information.

What are your charges?

Our charges vary based on required services. When asking for a quote we will need to know some of the following:
1. Will storage be dry, cold, outside, or combination?
2. What is the product? (Poultry, bottled water, machinery, automotive parts, e.g.)
3. What are the dimensions and weight of the goods if they are packaged?
4. Will the products be on pallets? Are the pallets standard size?
5. If the product is on pallets, how many will be storing on average per month?
6. How often will the inventory be turned over?
7. Is tracking required?
8. If palletized, how many to a stack?
9. How many types of SKU’s will we be storing?
10. If on pallets, will there be multiple types of products on it or will it be the same product?
11. Will product be shipped in or out on vans, trailers, containers, rail cars or a combination of?
12. Will this be a short term project or will our services be required on an ongoing basis?
13. Is area storage required? How many square feet?

What type of customer uses your facility?

Our facility specializes in providing services to commercial and industrial type customers. Generally, we do not store personal items for individuals such as furniture, clothing, electronics, vehicles, frozen goods or game meat.

Can I store my personal goods at your warehouse or on your grounds?

The short answer is no. We are a business-to-business enterprise.

Are there some goods that you cannot provide services for?

We cannot store the following: explosives, flammable material, hazardous products, liquor, beer, ice cream, non-USDA approved frozen goods (except for fish).

Can you store alcoholic beverages?

Mississippi State law prohibits us from storing any alcoholic beverages including beer and wine.

Will my product be insured?

We insure all goods consigned to us in case of our negligence. Additional insurance may be available based on requirements.

How much space do you have available?

The amount of space we have varies month to month depending on demands of our current customers. Please call us with your requirements.

Do you have refrigerated space?

Our refrigerated space is very limited. If there is availability, it will be 20 pallets at the most.

Can you store ice cream or frozen items below -10° F?

No. Our freezer temperature is 0° F.

Do you offer blast freezing?

No.

Do you provide cross-docking services?

As long as products are palletized the answer is yes. If restacking is required then please call us with your requirements.

Do you provide trucking?

We do not have trucks. We can provide contact information of local or national trucking companies that work with us daily.

What rail company services your spur?

Our spur number is JI 63 serviced by Canadian National (CN). A rail switching facility is available a few miles from us. Please contact CN directly for that information.

Can customers view their inventory data on-line?

Yes, we provide a web portal for customers to see their on-hand inventory and inventory history in real time. Please request this service from our team and we will get you set up.
